With regard to any accepted or enrolled student, if information developed, received or considered at any time suggests the inappropriateness of attendance of that student at St. Andrew’s, the school may withdraw an offer of admission or enrollment and void any Enrollment Contract relating to such student. In any such case, the entire liability of the school will be limited to refund of any refundable portion of the tuition and fees theretofore paid in excess of that earned prior to such action on a pro rated basis.
