Global Online Academy
St. Andrew's is the only school in Mississippi to have been granted membership in Global Online Academy, a consortium of leading independent schools from around the world that provides online courses which go beyond the confines of the traditional school curriculum.
In perfect alignment with St. Andrew’s Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and our extensive Global Studies program, GOA's mission is to reimagine learning to empower students and educators to thrive in a globally networked society. As a member of GOA, our students will have access to top quality online courses, extending our extraordinary curriculum and empowering our students to develop a broader understanding of the world, while pursuing their passions. Over 45 course offerings for Upper School students including Bioethics, Neuropsychology, Game Theory, Medical Problem Solving, Computational Thinking, and Introduction to Investments and are complimented by an extensive array of Middle School programming. All courses are taught by gifted and trained faculty of member schools and GOA offers both semester- and year-long courses to high school students.
